Therapeutic Massage is geared toward reducing pain, regaining function/mobility, improving athletic performance, any and/or all of the above, to include gentle relaxation if that's what you're looking for. Each massage is tailored to meet your goals, which may differ visit to visit

  60 minute massage with the use of hot stones which brings added heat to further warm the muscles being worked.

  Cupping Massage creates a negative pressure loosening adhesions, mobilizing tight muscles and connective tissues, increasing circulation to hydrate and flush tissues

  90 minutes of combined massage and cupping services allows time for cupping to address specific areas as well as overall body for the maximum benefits of massage and cupping.

  Therapeutic Massage relaxation based, may include components of deep tissue or sports massage as requested.

    Gentle techniques that help with TMJ, Fibromyalgia, PTSD, anxiety, chronic fatigue syndrome, headaches, carpal tunnel and neck pain to name a few

      Intra-Oral myfascial release as well as neck and facial massage releasing restrictions causing the pain and discomfort associated with TMJ, jaw/neck pain and/or headaches
